On March 18, 2023, Safe Schools brought their passion and energy to the Florida AIDS Walk 🚶♂️🚶♀️ at the beautiful Fort Lauderdale Beach Park. It was a day filled with fun, laughter, and most importantly, raising awareness and funds for HIV prevention and education. Our mission? To achieve ZERO new HIV cases and a world where HIV is no more! 🌍❤️
The event saw participants from all walks of life, coming together to support a noble cause. Safe Schools rocked the Florida AIDS Walk with a strong and enthusiastic presence. Everyone in attendance was determined to make a difference and bring us one step closer to our ultimate goal.
But that’s not all! We were joined by an egg-stra special guest – the AIDS Walk Chicken (our Executive Director, Scott Galvin)! 🐓🌟 This feathery friend added some clucking good fun to the day, creating lasting memories for all involved. Check out our stories for a glimpse of the laughs we shared with our favorite poultry pal.
The atmosphere was electric, thanks to our phenomenal board member and superstar DJ, Citizen Jane! 🌟 Her infectious beats kept the crowd moving and spirits high as we marched for a better tomorrow. There was no better way to start our Saturday than at the South Florida Aids Walk at Ft. Lauderdale Beach Park, kicking off at 8:00 am. 🏖️
The Florida AIDS Walk 2023 was an unforgettable experience for everyone involved, and we couldn’t be prouder of the Safe Schools team for making such a significant impact. Through events like these, we continue to educate our communities, provide essential resources, and ultimately work towards a future where HIV no longer poses a threat.
As we look back at this amazing day, we are reminded of the power of unity in the face of adversity. Safe Schools will continue to champion the cause, working tirelessly to make our mission a reality. We thank everyone who supported us and participated in the Florida AIDS Walk 2023. Together, we can change the world for the better. 🌍❤️
