Safe Schools Celebrates Selection as Beneficiary for the Florida AIDS Walk

We are overjoyed to share some fantastic news with our Safe Schools community! Once again, we have been honored as a beneficiary of the AIDS Healthcare Foundation (AHF) 2023 Florida AIDS Walk. This marks another year of our fruitful collaboration with AHF and the Florida AIDS Walk, and we couldn’t be more grateful for their continued support and belief in our mission.

This recognition is not just a testament to our team’s hard work and dedication but also a reflection of the impact we’ve made in the lives of LGBTQ+ youth, educators, and parents. Our selection as a beneficiary underscores the importance of our work and the urgent need to continue our efforts in educating and supporting our community.

The generosity of AHF and the Florida AIDS Walk brings with it an incredible opportunity: every donation made to Safe Schools in conjunction with the walk will be doubled, effectively doubling the impact of your support! This will significantly bolster our ability to provide innovative and much-needed programming for LGBTQ+ youth.

As we celebrate this exciting news, we are also gearing up to kick-start the registration process for our Safe Schools team for the Florida AIDS Walk. This event is not just a fundraiser; it’s a powerful statement of our collective commitment to fighting HIV/AIDS and supporting those affected by it.

We extend our heartfelt thanks to AHF and the Florida AIDS Walk for choosing us again this year. Their unwavering support enables us to make a real difference in the lives of those we serve.

Stay tuned for more information on how you can join the Safe Schools team for the Florida AIDS Walk. Your participation, whether through walking with us, donating, or spreading the word, is invaluable in our journey towards a world where every member of the LGBTQ+ community is educated, safe, and empowered.

Together, we can make a difference. Let’s walk towards a brighter, more inclusive future!
