Ally Week

GLSEN’s Ally Week is a student-led program where LGBTQ K-12 students and LGBTQ educators lead the conversation on what they need from their allies in school.

Banned Websites Awareness Day

September 26

Raise awareness of how overly restrictive blocking of legitimate, educational websites and academically useful social networking tools in schools and school libraries stop LGBTQ students and teachers from getting support and accurate information.

Latinx Heritage Month

September 15 – October 15

Honor the history, people, and events of LGBTQ Latinx people.


LGBT History Month

Celebrate the achievements of 31 LGBT icons with videos, bios, images, and other resources.

National Bullying Prevention Month
